Can we upload orders from Excel?
Yes. Drop in an .xlsx or .csv from your order system. Pinsutra maps your columns once, remembers the layout, and checks every address before routing.
Does it connect to Shopify and our ERP?
Shopify and WooCommerce orders sync directly. For ERPs and custom order systems there is a REST API and webhooks, so orders come in and delivery status goes back without manual work.
Does the rider app work on cheap Android phones?
It is built for entry-level Android phones with 2 GB RAM and patchy data. Stops load before the rider leaves, proof uploads when the signal returns, and the app stays light on battery.
Can customers see live tracking?
Yes. Each customer gets a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp with the rider position near their drop, a live ETA and an OTP. On the City plan the page carries your own brand.
Is rider location tracked after work hours?
No. Location is recorded only between shift start and logout. Once a rider logs out, tracking stops, and riders can see exactly when it is on.
How long does setup take?
Most teams plan their first real routes the same day. Add your hub, upload an order file, invite riders by SMS, and go. Larger rollouts with API connections usually settle in within two weeks.
