Yes. They get a link by SMS or WhatsApp showing the rider approaching, a live ETA and the delivery OTP.
Is rider location tracked after work hours?
No. Tracking runs only between shift login and logout, and riders can always see when it is on.
Can the tracking page carry our brand?
On the City plan the tracking page uses your logo, colours and domain.
How accurate are the ETAs?
ETAs use live traffic, the planned service time per drop and the rider’s pace on that route, and update throughout the day.
