The things operations heads ask us in the first call, answered plainly.
What counts as a rider?
Any rider who logs in to the rider app at least once in a billing month. Riders who do not work that month are not billed.
When does per-delivery pricing make sense?
For seasonal and festival-heavy businesses whose volumes swing a lot. You pay for completed drops only, with a small monthly minimum.
What does the free trial include?
Your first 500 drops with every Sector feature switched on. No card needed. At the end, pick a plan or simply stop.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Do you charge for setup?
No setup fee on Lane and Sector. City onboarding is included in the plan.
Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Prices are listed in US dollars and can be invoiced in INR with GST for Indian businesses.
