Terms of Service

You need an account to use Pinsutra. The person who signs up confirms they can accept these terms for their business. Keep login details private and tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.

Account owners can add dispatchers, cashiers, managers and riders, and are responsible for what users in their account do.

New accounts can plan their first 500 drops free. The trial ends when those drops are used or after 30 days, whichever comes first. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.

• Use Pinsutra only to plan and run lawful deliveries, pickups and service visits.
• Have the right to upload the customer and rider data you bring into Pinsutra.
• Do not use rider tracking outside working shifts or for purposes other than running deliveries.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts, reverse engineer the service, or overload it.
• Do not send customers messages through Pinsutra that are unrelated to their delivery.

Delivery data you bring into Pinsutra belongs to your business. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support the service for you. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

Routes, ETAs and address corrections are planning aids based on the data available. Road conditions, traffic and customer availability change, so your team stays responsible for final dispatch decisions and safe riding. Riders should always follow traffic rules over any instruction in the app.

Paid plans are billed per active rider per month, or per completed delivery, as shown on the Plans page at the time you subscribe. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Customer SMS and WhatsApp messages are billed at carrier cost.

Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

We work to keep Pinsutra available around the clock and plan maintenance outside common delivery hours. The rider app keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns. Support channels depend on your plan.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or leave invoices unpaid, after notice where possible. After cancellation you have 30 days to export your data.

Pinsutra is provided to help plan and manage deliveries. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or delayed deliveries, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will tell account owners by email before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Dispatch Room page.
