How it runs
Four stops from start to done.
- 1
Log in to the shift
The rider signs in with their phone number and OTP. Tracking starts only now.
- 2
Follow the stops
Next drop, landmark, floor notes and one-tap navigation, in the order planned.
- 3
Close each drop
OTP, photo, signature and COD by UPI or cash, as your rules require.
- 4
Return and log out
The rider sees their cash summary for the hub. Logout stops all tracking.
What is inside Rider App.
Each part works on its own, and better with the rest of Pinsutra.
Turn-by-turn stops
Opens Google Maps or in-app navigation for each drop, with landmark notes on top.
Masked calls
Riders call customers through a masked number. Neither side sees the other’s number.
OTP delivery
High-value and pharma drops close only with the customer’s OTP.
Photo and signature
Doorstep photo with time and location, plus on-screen signature when required.
COD collection
Dynamic UPI QR for the exact amount, or cash with change noted, per drop.
Works offline
Basements and lift lobbies are fine. Proof uploads as soon as the signal returns.
110086 Small things that save calls
Designed with riders, not just for them.
Large buttons for gloved hands, high contrast for afternoon sun, and a stop screen that answers the questions riders usually phone the hub about.
- Floor, gate and parking notes on every stop
- Customer not available flow with reason and photo
- Report a road problem, the planner learns it
- Earnings and drops for the day in one view
- Battery-light location while on shift
- Voice prompts in the rider’s language
Rider-first by design
- Location is tracked only during working shifts, never after logout.
- Routes include realistic stop times and breaks.
- Riders can report road problems and blocked lanes from the app.
- Customer phone numbers are masked in the rider app.
? Rider App
Rider App, answered
The things operations heads ask us in the first call, answered plainly.
Do riders need a new phone?
No. The app runs on most Android phones from the last few years, including entry-level models with 2 GB RAM.
How much mobile data does it use?
Very little. A full day of stops, location and compressed photos typically uses less than a short video call.
Can freelance riders use it?
Yes. Invite riders by SMS link. They can work for your hub without seeing other riders or company data.
Which languages are available?
Hindi and English, with Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali and Gujarati available in the app settings.
