Refund Policy

Every new account gets 500 free drops with Sector features. No card is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid month. The current month is not refunded, and you will not be charged again.

• Cancel within 14 days of a new yearly payment for a full refund.
• After 14 days, unused full months are refunded at the monthly price, minus the yearly discount already received.
• Removing riders mid-year adds credit for the next invoice instead of a cash refund.

Per-delivery plans are billed for completed drops only, so failed or cancelled deliveries are not charged. The monthly minimum is not refundable for a month that has started.

SMS, WhatsApp and masked call usage is passed through at carrier cost and is not refundable once sent.

If a problem on our side stops you from planning or running deliveries for a meaningful part of a billing period, we will credit the affected days on your next invoice, or refund them if you are leaving.

Write to us through the Dispatch Room page with your account email and invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
